About Us

Visit Papanack Zoo in Ottawa, ON to bring a fun and interactive experience to your event! Book overnight camp, night safari and parties by calling 613 673-7275.

We are very proud to announce that Papanack Park Zoo Inc. has recently been purchased by NEW OWNERS in 2014. Our goal is to provide animals with a comfortable, caring and safe living environment, while allowing the public an exciting, educational and fun place to visit!

We invite you to come out and spend a wonderful day with us at the park as it is currently undergoing a mini re-birth. Existing enclosures are being torn down and rebuilt, allowing for more space, comfort and enrichment for the animals. The enclosures and habitats’ which are to remain intact will undergo a face lift and have enrichment added to their living space.

“We were very surprised about the zoo by how amazing it is and it is a huge park. There were many kids of animals. Adult and kids will enjoy to visit this Zoo. I am shocked of the poor rating by the people who wrote the review. To be honest, this place is awesome and both kids and adults will definitely enjoy to visit this zoo. Just be prepared to bring your own snacks and water because it is a huge zoo. All the staff are friendly and professional. The only thing I would say it is expensive we paid $50 for 2 adults, a toddler and an 4 year old. Otherwise we had a great experience.”
